Included in the Package:

1. Hand-Painted Portraits:

   • Each guest or group will receive a unique, hand-painted portrait on 5x7 watercolor paper, capturing their essence memorably and artistically.

2. Professional Live Illustrator:

   • ​I will be present to create these beautiful portraits, adding an elegant touch to your event.

3. Quality Materials:

   • Premium watercolor paper, paints, and illustration pens are used to ensure each portrait is a lasting piece of art.

4. Efficient Service: ​​

   • I can complete about 5 portraits per hour, with each portrait featuring 2-4 people. To keep the process smooth, I take quick reference photos of guests and paint live during the event.

     • Majority of guests photographed at the event for their portrait will receive their portraits at the event, any remaining portraits will be finished in studio afterward and mailed to the client for further distribution.

   • This service guarantees 30 portraits (5x7 watercolor), accommodating up to 75 guests. For larger events, I can bring an additional artist for an extra fee to ensure faster service for larger groups.

   • Additional studio time is also available at $100 per hour as needed to complete additional portraits.

5. Event Integration:

   • ​The setup is designed to blend seamlessly with your event, providing an engaging experience without disrupting the flow. This will be discussed during the client call after the interest form has been submitted.

6. Custom Monogram Stamp included:

   • ​​Add a personalized touch with a complimentary 2" x 2" custom monogram stamp, perfect for commemorating the event and branding for the front or back of each guest portrait. You keep your custom stamp after all portraits are completed - this is great for customizing thank you cards after the celebration too!

   • Artwork for the stamp needs to be in a .ai or .eps file format and sent to Artist@missmegansstudio.com 2 months prior to the event date.

 

Optional Upgrades:

• Paper Size Upgrade: You can opt for larger paper sizes, providing a grander canvas for your guest's portraits.

• Additional Portrait Artist: Accommodates larger groups & volume of on-site portraits completed.

Payment Terms:

• A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.

• Remaining balance due on or before day of service.
